The Iran Scientific and Industrial Research Institute (ISIRI) has officially introduced a first-of-its-kind product carbon footprint assessment standard through adaptation of ISO 14067. Implementation and enforcement of this standard will play a huge role in promoting carbon emission reduction from industrial sources. NEXO carbon management program director Sepideh Sarkari has proudly been a member of the working committee of this national standard.
