Safety Boss has developed Leadership for Operational Excellence (LOE) over many years as a revolutionary yet rational initiative to differentiate it from traditional training courses on safety culture. LOE is a long-term program based on training, coaching, support and delegation philosophy that develops a long-lasting legacy.
