NEXO founder and CEO Dr. F. Nourai presented a keynote lecture in the popular biennial safety engineering conference at Sharif University of Technology. Starting with the first round of the event, he has presented keynotes in all the conference rounds. In this year’s speech, Dr. Nourai talked about the contradictory and complementary qualifying conditions of independent protection layers (IPLs) in process safety and their relationship with barrier-based analytical techniques.
